Hello All..... as mentioned earlier today, I would be back with another post after I went shoe shopping for my son Jacob. Lucky duck he got two pairs for the price of one.....
So here is my next creation..... a 3D swap for Convention this year. I am so excited as those who have been would know.... it is an experience of a life time.... every year though lol!!!
I used my Big Shot and dies to cut out the shapes I wanted using Frosted Shrinky Dink. You've gotta love the big shot for it's ability to cut through just about anything. I stamped Elements of Style onto the butterflies and hearts with Stazon black ink and use a crop-o-dile to punch out a hole before I shrunk the shapes in the oven. A must remember to do before shrinking.
You can use your heat tool but I wanted to do around 50 of them, so it was quicker to use the oven. It is really amazing how these shapes shrink to 1/10th of their original size in about 90 seconds and they look so sweet too....
Once cool, I attached these to a charm holder which I purchase from Spotlight and stamped on some card stock with a co ordinating stamp for easy packaging.
Hope you like.... and may be you'll get one if your going to the Australian Convention in Melbourne this May.
Take care until next time
